Return Policy for Reverie Trends

In order to maintain the high standards of our boutique and offer competitive pricing, we have implemented the following return policy:

**Refund Policy**

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. You may return the item for a full refund, minus shipping costs, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of stains or wear. Exchanges for other items or sizes are also available. If you’d like a different size (subject to availability), we’re happy to exchange it, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. To process a return for damaged or defective items, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue, including photographs of the damaged or defective product, if possible.

  3. Our customer service team will assess your request and provide instructions for returning the item. Please wait for our authorization before sending the product back.

  4. Once your return is approved, we will arrange for the return shipping and provide further instructions on the return process.

  5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the damage or defect. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund, at our discretion.

Note: We will not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy
